Start or Stop Utility Service

Welcome to the Lake Junaluska Assembly community!

The vast majority of residences receive both water and sewer service directly from Assembly Public Works, with a small number of properties still served by private septic systems. Lake Junaluska Assembly Public Works owns and maintains all water and sewer lines up to the point of the property's water meter or sewer tap. Service is billed monthly, and is comprised of three different rates: the base facilities charge, the usage charge, and service assessments. Please refer to the Utility Rates & Fees page for more information.

Water and sewer customers within the Assembly also receive weekly trash and recycling pick-up from our contracted provider, CWS. For more information regarding solid waste collection, please visit the Garbage & Recycling page.
